How do I pay?

What if I need to cancel?

Cancelling is free while we look for a msaidizi, and for 5 minutes after one accepts. After that the fee covers her fare: KSh 150 or the transport cost, whichever is more. Once she has arrived, it's the transport cost plus KSh 150.

Can I book help every week?

Yes. Weekly and daily plans cost up to 18% less than one-off visits.

Who are the wasaidizi?
